Problem With Product : Plugged in battery (NOT backwards) and had no throttle. LED blinked like it’s receiving the correct signal. I tried to troubleshoot to a bad sensor wire, and after I swapped with a new one, I heard a high pitched electronic sound from the ESC, and then it wouldn’t do anything at all, got hot, and smelled burnt. This was all in my pits, so I know it wasn’t gearing or excessive heat from a long run time. This ESC was worked on not long after I bought it in February or March (Invoice #15620 on January 27) for a failed Power board, and haven’t had another issue, until now. There was no warning, it just stopped working.

  • Unit has resoldered cables and capacitor module with poor soldering

  • Control board was OK
  • MOSFET board damaged.  Regular service fee for MOSFET board + capacitor module is $80. Offer 30% for the team driver for the case ($56). We’d suggest not to replace the cable in the future to avoid uncontrollable damage. If you have any question, please contact team manager, Brandon Dyche, to discuss. Thanks!!
