User Note

Checked in: 8/25/2015 9:20AM PST by Barbara

Inspection: 8/25/2015

  • The unit has BOOST/TURBO enable with low voltage protection set at 12V (see attached photos)
  • Per low voltage protection setting, this ESC was connected with a 4S Li-Po and 4-pole motor.
  • The BOOST/TURBO is not recommended to use with 4-pole and 4S Li-Po application as it’s overpowered and easily to cause over current. In addition, 4-pole motors do not result best performance and efficient with BOOST/TURBO.
  • We reset the ESC and tested with no problem found.  (see attached video)
  • It has very high chance the shut off problem according to the customer was caused by sudden spike of the set up.
  • It is not a warranty case.
