to me

I was never in programming mode. did all the connection to motor abc, connected sensor cable made sure all connection were good. Gave ESC power turned on switch set throttle positions. let it reboot gave throttle Esc made a click noise. tried to reset throttle . let it reboot and gave it throttle and this time smoke came out. Never got a chance to program esc .  The program was what ever default is . The ESC never turn the motor.

Motor is a Trinity Drag Master 4.5 with 21 deg. timing

 

01/09/2021 Communication

Upon further inspection, the ESC was wired incorrectly. The negative battery lead was wired to the C terminal, causing extreme damage to MOSFETs. Please see pictures attached.

The cost to repair the ESC will be $105 plus $8 shipping for a total of $113. Please advise if you would like to proceed with the repairs.
