Inspection: 1/3/2020

  • The ESC has corrupted firmware. Possibly caused by unstable power.
  • Flashed the ESC and tested to verify. Please seeĀ RMA1313 testing video.
  • If you encounter this corrupt firmware again, you can simply connect the ESC to a Windows 7/10 PC to flash firmware. Please refer to below video.

  • Customer claims the ESC still have problem after 5 mins of running and wish to trade in for a MMax Pro.

If you wish to trade-in the MMax Pico for a MMax Pro, there’s a trade-in program.

You can fill out the form and send in your MMax Pico. We will process it for you as soon as we receive it. Meanwhile, we’d like to offer you some suggestions. Since the ESC was able to run 5 mins, it is definitely not the ESC problem. Please note that electronics is often GO or NO GO device. There can be some other factors in the system that caused issues. We do have very good team driver in your area in Portland. You can try to contact him and meet up at track for some on site practice and support. His name is Shannon Houfek. Trade in program: Received check#1077 $120 & pico on 2/5/2020. We’ll wait for the check to clear from your bank. It usually takes around 3 days. We will ship out the new esc once the fund is cleared.
