Problem With Product : Have lost the USB port connection on the ESC. So no data can be retrieved nor can I change any settings.

ESC still operates forward and brake.

I did chat with Ian and tried a new USB cord and adapter plug without success. As per his instructions.

Inspection: 12/3/2018 Inspection

  • Tested the ESC with both PC and Android tablet without problems.
  • Please see RMA1064 PC software testing video and RMA1064 Android testing video.
  • We’d suggest the customer to try again with a new USB cable that we’d provide with the returning ESC. Also, in some cases we have learnt from other customers, it could be the USB issue on the PC. In most cases, the problem went away on the other PC.
