Product To Return : SI-4431
Problem With Product : The servo appears to be snagging when turning side to side which is impacting the performance of the servo. I am not sure what is causing the servo to snag, all the gears appear to be in perfect condition yet when moving the servo horn you can feel the snag. As a result, the servo is unable to turn the car causing the car to push wide in every corner.

User Note

Check-in: 9/6/2018 by Barbara

Inspection 9/6/2018

Servo #1 SI-4431

  • The servo has the snagging when turning. It could be the metal particle from the gears caused by impact.
  • Washed the gears and applied grease, it appears to be OK. We’d suggest to order a new gear set and replace it.
  • Note: gears are not under warranty.

Servo #2 SI-4531

  • The servo was found to have incorrect grease applied on gears. See photos below:

  • The grease caused gears to stuck.
  • The bearing on the upper case was completed stuck. It caused the main shaft not able to turn. The top case needs to be replaced.
